👉 Today, we invite you to discover the journey of Julia VINCENT, Innovation Project Manager at Fives Maintenance. Julia shares her experience, her perspective on women’s representation in the industry, and her advice to future employees.

💬 She says: “The industry is vast, you don’t have to be afraid, you have to start a wide variety of professions which allow you to constantly learn, to see the concrete results of what you can develop and it’s very stimulating, you never give up, you clearly have our place. Must not hesitate to push the walls if the place does not exist and make its own place.”

🎯 At Fives Maintenance, her role is both challenging and rewarding as she focuses on project management and contributes to prototyping projects. She appreciates the human aspect of her work and strives to find solutions to make field work more pleasant.
