Expertise chez Groupe Bel

Hello. My name is Vania. I am with Bel for three years and a half. I am participating in the finance team of controlling department, controlling of French factories. Globally the Group Bel is a very exciting group. Why? Because this is a group offering the possibility to have a global picture of all the action, of the business action into the group. This is experience like in a start-up. In controlling this is something very, very interesting within Bel. In an industrial department and in finance department, I have the possibility to see my results, to see my involvement and what kind of action I took, and globally I can see my value.

During my experience in Bel, I have a chance to work with many different people, very experienced and very demanding people, and especially I had the opportunity to participate in a special project, a very interesting project called Jefferson, which is a strategic project for the group to touch different kind of consumer in the world, and especially in Asia. So in this project I took a big, big pleasure to participate, to be involved in a discussion exchange with different jobs, different function, like marketing, like commercial, like industrial, and also development.

One of the important thing in Bel, what I feel is that the personal training is very important in order to develop themselves, to grow in different ways. For example, from my side, I started in Bel within the commercial controlling. The group offered me the possibility to change and also the job, and this is really very important in the way to build our expertise.
