What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
Dior means so much for me, it is more than a brand, it is a universe in which I can identify myself in many aspects of my personality. As Monsieur Dior, I am a big dreamer, lover and find beauty in everything around me. His words “Whatever you do, for work or play, do it with passion!” resonate deeply with me. It is so pleasant to have fun while working and be passionate about your job!
What amazes you the most in your work?
I am genuinely thankful for the opportunity to collaborate daily with such talented individuals. Each day presents new learning experiences and challenges that I eagerly embrace. The House of Dior serves as a captivating wellspring of inspiration, consistently astonishing me with the remarkable collections curated by our artistic directors. I hold a deep admiration for Maria Grazia Chiuri's work, particularly in her ability to transport us into the enchanting realm of Monsieur Dior. I am an avid admirer of the way she infuses her designs with the essence of Dior's legacy.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior plays a significant role in nurturing my personal growth, urging me to continually envision greater dreams and push myself to offer my utmost. The team help us to excel and boost us to be ambitious. Moreover, we embrace a mindset that teach us that there is no failure but there is only progress toward excellence in our journey. Also, I am happy to work in a Maison that aligns with my professional and personal values. This journey all together motivating us to strive for excellence, nurture ambition, and continuously give our best.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When I face challenges I relate to Manon CESANO, the Global Head of Private Clients and Joséphine COLIN International Private Clients Project Manager. They always have the best advice and I learn and grow from their experiences. I am so grateful to have them by my side in my personal and professional growth. I am also grateful for the collaborative environment we share in our office; we support each other so I know that I can also rely to Anthony BARBIER, the Head of global marketing. I couldn’t have dream for a better #DreamInDior!
