Join our family and help us build the future of food, robotics and AI. We are 3A FoodTech, part of Sagitta Family Office - one of Denmark's largest family offices with a long history from engineering. We are ambitious and uncompromising, and we are looking for a sharp electronics, mechanical or process engineer - up to two roles, full-time after graduation or part-time alongside your studies.

THE ROLE
You will work across process, electronics, mechanics and robotics on real challenges in food tech - building the hardware that supports our AI and software. You will design and build prototypes for food processing and assembling equipment, and develop robotics and control systems that integrate with AI-driven decision-making.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Recently graduated or studying (MSc, BEng or equivalent) in process, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, autonomous systems or related
  • Hands-on experience from projects, internships, competitions or your own initiative
  • Comfortable across hardware and software - curiosity about AI and physical systems is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English. Danish is a plus, not a requirement
  • Proactive team player with a positive mindset

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Real ownership from day one in an ambitious team of 30 with open minds and short decision paths
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, plus employee benefits
  • Budget for courses, conferences, tools and travel
  • Centrally located offices at Islands Brygge, Copenhagen - built to highest ambition
