Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Our Early Careers program offers seamless transition into a Junior role after the completion of the 18 months rotational program. Interns and working students are offered a role after completion of the internship depending on availability of suitable roles.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
We have a company-wide hybrid working policy in place that is (at least) 2 days/week working from the office to embrace connection and collaboration.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Skill based online assessment is to be completed by the 8th of March Assessment Centers on the first two weeks of April (at our offices)
Final interviews on the first 2 weeks of May (online)
