Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Yes, it's possible to transition to a full-time role after an internship or apprenticeship. We value the growth of our trainees, and if your skills and ambitions align with our needs, there's potential for a permanent position.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Yes, young talents can work remotely, though it largely depends on the client's policies and the nature of the project. We strive to accommodate flexible work arrangements.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Important to know is that our traineeships are not the same as internships. We do offer internships, mainly in marketing or HR, with a real chance to progress to a full-time role. Just like our recent marketing intern, now thriving in a permanent spot with us!
What happens after my Ormit Talent contract?
The choice is yours! Many trainees join a client they've connected with. Others go into freelancing, startups, or consultancy. Some even stay with us as consultants.
Do we get paid during the traineeship?
Yes! Ormit Talent offers a competitive salary package and lots (lots!) of benefits. Think mobility budget or company car, cell phone, meal and eco vouchers, health budget. And of course: lots of training and coaching!
