Caroline Rebrioux

After Business School studies (ICN Nancy / HEC Montreal), Caroline occupied different marketing positions for more than 10 years in consumer goods and luxury companies.
She entered HR profession as a consultant in an executive search company specialized in marketing & sales top positions. Back from a two-year expatriation in Kazakhstan where she dealt with charity activities, She decided to accelerate her HR professionalization in following a specialized MBA in Human Resources Management in International Companies at ENS Cachan - Magellan Institute. Since her graduation, She’s been working for LVMH Group as an HR professional and is now HR Business Partner at Moët Hennessy in France


Sara D’Alfonso

  • Global Talent Acquisition Senior Manager

  • Based in Italy

Graduated from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, Sara started her career as Recruiter with a focus on international companies in the luxury goods sector and manufacturing industries. During her career Sara has developed solid skills in talent development, scouting and social recruiting, influence and negotiation, stakeholders engagenment and project management . She joined Loro Piana in 2014 and leads the Talent Acquisition team as Global Talent Acquisition Senior Manager.



Nicolai Mattern 

  • Human Resources Director UK & Ireland 
  • LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics
  • Based in the UK

After his graduation at the University of Passau and several experiences as HR in logistic and retail industries, Nicolai joined LVMH back in 2015 as a Human Resources Director for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Germany. Since 2020, he is Human Resources Director UK & Ireland at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics.
