Julien FADOUL, Customer Logistics Director for France, Belgium, Netherlands

Married, 2 children aged 8 and 4, I live in Paris and travel by bike when I don't have to stay at home because of Covid. I have been with P&G for 13 years in Supply Chain, I started with an internship and then got hired in the department where I did my internship. Since then, I have evolved every 2 to 3 years in different positions, which led me to be promoted to Senior Manager after my first 2 roles, then Director after 2 other roles. Each role has brought me its own set of challenges, both business and organizational, and I love it! My daily motivation comes mainly from what I can bring to others, to my teams, and to my own development ... as long as I learn, I am motivated!

Andrea DOMINGUEZ, Customization Initiative Leader Shave Care for France, Belgium, Netherlands

After a double degree between France and Spain in Industrial Engineering, I joined Procter & Gamble as intern in Supply Chain in January 2020. After 6 months of a successful internship in the Customer Service Operation department, I joined the company as a full-time employee in August 2020.
