Internship - Project Assistant Manager

YOUR ROLE

The CORE IT Commercial Shipping department is responsible for the management, ongoing development, and corrective maintenance of the LARA ERP system, which supports the majority of Shipping processes. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ? 

• Participate in project management following the V-Model (Agile approach optional). 

• Analyze user needs and propose tailored technical solutions. 

• Design and develop applications, systems, or interfaces considering IT architecture, data flows, and interfaces. 

• Contribute to the implementation of cloud computing projects. 

• Assist in the creation of deliverables (technical documentation, presentation materials, reporting, meeting minutes, etc.). 

• Participate in project planning and tracking. 

• Provide support in managing project budgets and resources. 

• Contribute to project communication and act as a community manager to ensure team dynamics and collaboration. 

• Ensure the update of documentation and manage project testing phases (user acceptance testing). 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ? 

• You are currently following a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, with a specialization in IT Engineering. 

• You have knowledge in project management (V-Model, Agile optional), IT architecture, data flows and interfaces, and cloud computing. 

• You are autonomous, curious, and motivated, with the ability to multitask effectively. 

• You are humble, attentive, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• You are fluent in English and able to communicate in an international environment. 

• A first experience or academic projects related to IT project management would be a plus.
