How is work at Henkel
- Work with the sales team and customers to drive growth of defined target applications and products at key accounts (customer roadmap)
- Collaborate with the innovation and product development team to implement innovation roadmap
- Jointly work with market strategy and sales team to define growth potential and convert it into growth projects
- Partner with the sales team to identify new applications through voice of customer initiatives and technology workshops
- Formulate execution plans and customer roadmaps for the region
- Create a plan for the sustainability workshop in collaboration with the help of sales and business development at key accounts
- Student that has successfully passed first semesters of business related studies
- Experience e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong MS Office skills, knowledge in Power BI and CRMs is a plus
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and dedicated team-player
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work at a high level of independence
- Availability as of now for 6 months
