About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Coordinator to support the Clinique EMEA team in driving brand growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This role involves business analysis, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the brand’s presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Reporting & Analysis
- Lead monthly business reporting on brand and market performance (sell-in/sell-out) using NPD and SAP.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Track and report on brand activity, category performance, and franchise growth to identify opportunities.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support the execution of the EMEA marketing strategy, leveraging business knowledge and market analysis across affiliates.
- Assist in post-launch tracking to assess performance and optimize future activations.
- Contribute to the design of 360° Go-to-Market plans to ensure cohesive and impactful brand execution.
3. Digital & E-Commerce Support
- Support the development of the Pan-European online pure player strategy to strengthen Clinique’s digital footprint.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in NPD, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with knowledge of industry trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
