As part of the Bobbi Brown EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa) regional marketing team, you will be at the junction between our international headquarters in New York and the local markets.
You will work and be involved in all activities contributing to driving building a strong brand that comes to life through strong 360° activations. You will report directly to the regional Senior 360° Marketing Lead.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Participate in the creation of strong 360° (re)launch plans for product innovations covering all touchpoints and ensure a clear communication of the same to the markets in the form of Go-To-Market presentations
- Be one of the main contacts for the for markets’ current and future operational requirements across multiple categories
- Participating in the roll-out of launches and monitoring of brand strategy implementation (influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, etc) throughout the region.
- Adapt 360° marketing tools & design asset creation briefings (leaflets, media assets, Newsletters, Banners etc.) to fit specific local needs
- Driving market analysis as well as owned & earned media reportings to understand EMV/SOV performance
- Monitor marketing launches and coordinate marketing requests and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Manage post-launch reports and the extraction of tangible insights and learnings
- Drawing up a competition review: monitoring new products and related 360 activations
- Contribute to communicating best practices in the region
- Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department
- Support the implementation of a regionalized citizenship strategy
- Assist in driving the sampling & GWP strategies for the region
- Recommending, monitoring and challenging forecasts in line with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution requirements.
- Be the key contact for local markets

Profile
About You
Available 6 months starting July 25

- University degree in Marketing
- At least one or two 6-months internships in marketing and/or digital communications – ideally in the beauty industry
- Autonomous, self-starter, organized and with strong communication and analytical skills
- Detailed-oriented and precision
- Flexibility & ability to handle several projects / stakeholders / key contacts
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team spirit
- Fluency in French and in English is mandatory
