You will join our German sales team of 7 professionals based in Frankfurt, and report directly to both the Head of Germany and Austria (based in Frankfurt) and the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator (based in Zurich). Working closely with the two teams, you'll actively contribute to formulating our European partnership strategy while also providing essential support to the German team in the day-to-day management of local partnerships. This position offers you a unique opportunity to be exposed to the local German/Austrian market and at the same time to the dynamics of the global market and to collaborate with different teams within the company, fostering a global understanding of CANDRIAM and the asset management industry.


Contribute to European Market Partnership Strategy:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on potential distribution partners within the European market.
  • Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) of potential partners to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of partnership strategies tailored to specific European regions or target markets.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for European market partnership opportunities.

Support local Partnership Development:

  • Assist in the creation of documents and presentations outlining the benefits and features of our funds for presentation to partners.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth collaboration and documentation.

Additionally, you will support the local team in various tasks depending on needs.



  • Bachelor, master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Strategy or Business Development
  • A first work experience would be a plus (internship, student job…)
  • Fluency in English & German is mandatory, French is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
