YOU WILL BE
As part of the European Communication team based in Meyrin, you will participate in the implementation and monitoring of Media and Client Activation campaigns. With the support of your manager, you will coordinate the Brand Activation activities working with the various stakeholders: Media and Client Activation teams in markets and in HQ, Brand Activation agencies and regional Marketing department.

YOU WILL BE
As part of the European Communication team based in Meyrin, you will participate in the implementation and monitoring of Media and Client Activation campaigns. With the support of your manager, you will coordinate the Brand Activation activities working with the various stakeholders: Media and Client Activation teams in markets and in HQ, Brand Activation agencies and regional Marketing department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ONLINE: DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT
- Participation in the preparation of Media briefs
- Preparation of assets brief to TAG and management of the follow-up of the assets delivery to Media partners
- Preparation of all the needed elements for posting online campaigns (tracking file, campaign name, etc.)
- Validation of preview links
- Tracking and optimisation of campaigns with the agency
- Preparation and monitoring of campaign reports in collaboration with the Media agency
OFFLINE: PRINT & OOH CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT
- Preparation of assets briefs and follow-up on the delivery of the assets to the publishers
- Validation of press plans with your manager
- Management of print archives
MEDIA BUYING TOOL MANAGEMENT
- Updating visual references in the Media tool (Bumblebee)
- Following up on updates made by the agency on the Media plans using the tool
- Dashboard follow-up of Media budget investment
EMAILING IMPLEMENTATION
- Participate to the brief, implementation and analysis of regional and local direct marketing campaigns
- Work with your manager to maximize the relevance and performance of the activation plan in collaboration with the CRM agency using SFMC
YOU ARE
- Currently enrolled or graduating from a Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Mandatory Internship agreement from university
- Passion for the Luxury goods industry
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- First experience in Media
- A team player who is able to get things done through working collaboratively with cross- functional departments
- You have a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and general affinity with systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Bumblebee a plus
- You have a strong analytical mindset and are data oriented
- Flexible, pro-active and solution oriented
