The graduate journey
Our Global Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you'll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
Your rotations will be within Trading and Revenue, which is responsible for managing the revenues of Ørsted's portfolio. Spanning origination and trading, you'll structure complex contracts and bespoke products for trading counterparts and end-customers, delivering bottom line impact. You'll play an important role in analysing and helping to take our portfolio to the highest level. You'll be working closely with our sister teams who support us, always focusing on generating value through green power.

You'll play an important role in:
- preparing and presenting materials for senior management to make commercial decisions on our contracts and portfolio strategies
- analysing trends and large amounts of data to inform commercial trading decisions
- managing a complex set of internal and external stakeholders, from counterparts to financiers, legal, and tax
- negotiating commercial contracts.
To succeed in this role, you:
- have completed a master's degree in business or finance or a related field from before 1 September 2025
- have a maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience between your master's completion and 1 September 2025
- take initiative, have drive, and want to contribute directly to Ørsted's bottom line
- are a team player who thrives on collaboration
- take a strong problem-solving approach and can think outside the box to deliver creative solutions to complex problems
- have strong communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English.
