The BSS Networks department is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy working student to join our dynamic LAN & WLAN team.
Your Tasks
In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the critical infrastructure that keeps our global network running smoothly. You' will work alongside experienced network engineers on a variety of projects, including:
- Network Automation: Assisting with the development and implementation of scripts to automate manual tasks, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Network Monitoring and Analysis: Contributing to the continuous monitoring of our LAN & WLAN network, helping identify and troubleshoot potential issues.
- Project Support: Participating in ongoing network modernization projects, researching new technologies, and assisting with their integration to enhance our network capabilities.
- Hardware and Management Migrations: Providing support during network hardware migrations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime.
- Gain invaluable real-world experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
- Work alongside industry professionals and learn from their expertise.
- Contribute to the success of a critical IT function within the company.

Your Profile
- Strong interest in networking technologies
- Possess a solid foundation in technical concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow your knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach to identifying and resolving network issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools is a plus
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Ansible etc.) are a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a structured manner
