Responsibilities
  • Development of communication concepts and measures as part of a global transformation project
  • Content creation for internal company communication channels and platforms, e.g. project communication, content pages via Microsoft SharePoint, blog posts and community posts (Viva Engage)
  • Design and creation of presentations and documents for internal meetings (project updates, town hall meetings, etc.)
  • Participating in the planning, design and implementation of internal events in change and transformation management
  • Supporting the implementation of change initiatives, collecting feedback and monitoring progress
  • Working independently with the departments and regions

Requirements
  • Ongoing bachelor's or master's degree in journalism, marketing, media studies, social or communication sciences or similar
  • Initial experience in the areas of communication, copywriting, editorial work and marketing
  • Initial insights into project and change management as well as theories of adult education desirable
  • Affinity and experience in dealing with social media as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to create appealing and clear communication materials for diverse, international target groups
  • Communication skills, a high degree of initiative and creativity as well as personal responsibility
