As a Business Analyst Intern with a focus on Customer Experience, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of our transportation services and delivery experience. You will be responsible for developing insightful dashboards, connecting data from our operating companies, and providing valuable analytics that empower our transport teams to improve customer satisfaction. This internship will involve working closely with our operational teams across the globe to analyze delivery performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that we consistently deliver the highest standards in delivery quality.

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for enhancing customer experience through data-driven insights
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) and an interest in creating dashboards to monitor customer experience metrics
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly those focused on operations and customer experience, and communicate findings effectively
  • Position fully in English
