Office Administrators at Kroll will provide a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to our managers and employees, assisting in daily needs as required. The successful candidate will have accurate literacy, numeracy and administrative skills and the ability to analyze information to solve general queries. The role demands excellent customer service for internal and external customers with the ability to work under time pressure. As an Office Administrator, you will be willing to support your admin peer group and be a collaborative team player, whilst maintaining confidentiality on projects and operations.
This position is fixed term for up to 12 months cover in our Amsterdam office, starting as soon as possible.
*Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to person for all things office-related, coordinating with staff, suppliers, and facilities management to ensure seamless operations
- Take charge of the office budget, supplies, and correspondence, making sure everything runs like clockwork
- Develop, implement, and regularly update office procedures to optimize efficiency and organization
- Provide a warm welcome to new employees by supporting their onboarding (IT setup, HR integration) and ensuring a smooth start
- Be the key link between corporate IT and local users, helping to resolve tech issues and streamline communication
- Support our marketing team in organizing our client and team events.
