Inbound and outbound sales
- Closing sales of interested B2C customers
- Development of B2B sales
Customer success
- Be in close contact with incoming/outgoing members before and after they move-in/move-out day
- Ensuring our members have an outstanding moving-in/moving-out experience
Data analysis, reporting & strategy
- On a monthly basis, analyse key metrics (requests, conversions, Google Analytics, satisfaction scores...)
- Launch, drive & implement new sales strategies

What we are looking for
- You're currently doing your Master degree
- Analytical approach and problem-solving attitude. You can easily understand complex matters and find innovative and strong solutions.
- Impacting oral and written communication. Politeness and empathy towards our members and our partners are mandatory.
- Committed, determined and hard-working profile.
- You're fluent in French & English.
