Recruiter EU (m/f/d)
fulltime, remote and as soon as possible.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
- Engage in proactive sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Contact promising candidates for diverse positions across all organizational levels.
- Design and optimize job advertisements in collaboration with the HR and Marketing team, ensuring alignment with employer branding initiatives.
- Cultivate exceptional candidate experiences by maintaining timely communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
- Build, maintain, and manage a comprehensive candidate database aligned with GDPR standards.
- Use ATS tools to efficiently manage recruitment workflows and candidate tracking.
- Report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and applicant pipeline statistics at both local and corporate levels.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partner to develop tailored recruitment strategies based on role requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, innovative sourcing techniques, and recruitment technology.
- Contribute to employer branding activities, such as managing content on social media platforms and participating in recruitment events.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3+ years of comprehensive experience managing active souring in the recruiting area, ideally as an in-house recruiter within a multinational or regional environment.
- Demonstrated expertise with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools supporting recruitment management.
- Proven knowledge of GDPR compliance in candidate data handling.
- Experience with social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) and job boards.
PREFERRED PERSONAL SKILLS
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g. German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for recruitment excellence.
