What you'll do as Business Controller
As a valued member of the Finance team, you'll oversee our personnel and overhead cost modeling framework and act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders. You'll drive the evolution of our financial infrastructure through enhanced tooling and dashboarding, ensuring we maintain complete control while enabling growth.

With a Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 4-7 years of relevant experience, you understand both the technical and strategic aspects of cost control. You excel at stakeholder management, can translate complex data into compelling narratives, and aren't afraid to take calculated risks to drive improvement. Most importantly, your combination of analytical rigor and practical business sense ensures financially sound decision-making.
