The graduate journey
Our Global Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you'll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
You'll have your first rotation in Advanced Analytics where you'll be part of a skilled analytics and data science team, supporting trading of our Danish assets. In the second rotation, you'll join SMARTPlant, an agile programme consisting of multiple teams. You'll be part of a team focused on analytics, artificial intelligence, and business information, where your responsibilities will include developing AI-based tools for applications such as predictive maintenance. The third rotation is aimed at supporting our digitalisation. You'll be implementing advanced analytics directly in the daily operation of our carbon capture and power plants, working closely with subject matter experts.

You'll play an important role in:
- deploying machine learning models that help us maximise revenue from our diverse portfolio of power plants, electric boilers, heat pumps, and wind and solar parks
- developing decision support applications, incl. forecasting, optimisation models, predictive maintenance, performance monitoring, and dashboards
- introducing new methods and tools for advanced analytics, visualisation, and programming to the team
- writing and deploying Python applications to live production environments
- cooperating with developers, subject matter experts, and end users.
To succeed in this role, you:
- have a master's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or statistics from before 1 September 2025
- have a maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience between your master's completion and 1 September 2025
- have excellent knowledge of data science and mathematical modelling
- are a strong Python programmer, ideally with knowledge of automated testing and deployment
- have knowledge of or an interest in thermodynamics
- are eager to learn more about the renewable energy business and apply your skills to solve real-world problems
- have strong communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English.
