Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Student Analyst to join our Data team in Aarhus. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing IT support, managing Microsoft Office 365 solutions, and assisting with data analytics projects built on Microsoft Azure Technologies. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems while enhancing the support experience for our colleagues both nationally and internationally.
In collaboration with the team, you will help optimize customer processes, support system integrations, and ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes. We offer approximately 20 hours a week, with tasks including:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for IT-related questions and challenges.
- Supporting and maintaining IT equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 solutions on various platforms
- Assisting with maintaining and optimizing data analytics solutions built on Microsoft Azure.
- Managing O365 licenses, subscriptions, and user administration.
Expected skills & Experience:
In this role, you’ll join an international culture where English is the corporate language, so we expect you to be comfortable communicating both written and spoken English. Additionally, we expect that you:
- Are enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
- Have a strong interest in IT and data analytics with a service-oriented mindset.
- Possess problem-solving/troubleshooting skills and are passionate about delivering a great support experience.
- Are familiar with O365 environment, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Server
- Have proficiency in at least one of the following: SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
It’s an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have:
- Experience with IT support, including troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Knowledge of M365 administration and data analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining technical documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Have experience with Power BI and basic scripting.
