The EMEA Commercial & Business Development team is looking for one intern to collaborate on projects focused on Estée Lauder Companies’ development of Wholesale channel (Online and Brick & Mortar). The selected candidate can expect continuous leadership development, hands-on practical experience and a strong exposure with the Markets and Regional Brand Teams. The position offers strong exposure to the group's EMEA top management and subsidiaries, with main responsibilities:
• Help develop and monitor commercial strategies with our main European distributors: strategic and financial analyses, follow-up with markets teams and regional brands' team.
• Support preparation and facilitation of business reviews and leadership meeting (top to top meetings, monthly commercial leadership meetings, monthly regional brand meetings)
• Manage internal regional reporting for key distributors: analyze performances and cascade weekly and monthly retail sales reports from top regional retailers to Affiliates and brand teams
• Assist in the development of ad-hoc strategic projects (due diligence on distribution, analysis of commercial terms and conditions, integration of new brands into the regional sales structure, development of new reporting or performance monitoring tools, etc.) in collaboration with local sales teams and EMEA brand teams
• Prepare reports for EMEA and Global top management
• Collaborate with sustainability team to include relevant SKUs to retailer sustainability programs
• Coordinate annual marketing presentations (in May and June) between regional brand and top retailers
• Support with preparation of regional negotiation and analysis of contractual investments

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: Completing Post-Graduate Degree Business or Engineering (equivalent BAC +5)
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: previous internship experiences mandatory, end-of-studies internship preferred
Required Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, French is not mandatory but recommended
Licenses or Certifications: Completing Post-Graduate Degree Business or Engineering (equivalent BAC +5)
