About the Role:
As part of the EMEA marketing team, the intern will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions for the La Mer brand across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Through insightful market analysis, competitive reviews, and strategic planning, the intern will contribute to the brand’s growth and positioning in the luxury beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Competitive Reviews: Conduct in-depth market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Marketing Calendar: Assist in the development and implementation of the regional marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Launch Recaps: Prepare post-launch reports, analyzing performance and key learnings to optimize future product launches.
- Category Deep-Dives: Support category-specific analyses, including market trends, competitive landscape, and portfolio recommendations.
- International Meetings Preparation: Assist in preparing materials for key meetings, including Marketing Manager Meetings and Competitive Pricing Reviews.
- Affiliate Support: Collaborate with 18 EMEA affiliates to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and provide necessary assistance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passion for the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of luxury brands.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
