About the Project: THE CIRCLE Located along the iconic Seine River in Paris' 15th district, THE CIRCLE is a cutting-edge renovation of the 27,000 sqm Tour CRISTAL. Designed by renowned architects BIG, BECHU, and RF STUDIO, the project reimagines a 1990s office tower into an inspiring workplace with world-class amenities, unique services, and sustainable design. Slated for completion in early 2026, this ambitious project is supported by an expert team of technical consultants including KHEPHREN, DVVD, BARBANEL, and EGIS.
Your Role as an Intern You will work closely with the Project Director, gaining hands-on experience in areas including technical oversight, site monitoring, tender processes, financial tracking, and contract management. Highlights of your responsibilities include:
- Technical Tasks: Attend technical meetings, take detailed minutes, track contractor actions, and assist with site monitoring.
- Site Support: Organize sample rooms, prepare reports, and support site visits with necessary documentation.
- Tender Management: Contribute to finalizing design files, participate in tender meetings, and update reports.
- Financial & Contract Oversight: Track invoices, manage payment boards, and prepare contracts or change orders.
- Insurance Coordination: Collect and verify administrative documentation for construction insurance files.
Qualifications We are looking for ambitious candidates pursuing an advanced degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong civil engineering and construction knowledge.
- 3rd year in leading Engineering School in France
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- A minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in real estate or construction.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Collaborative and adaptable nature, excellent listening, and responsiveness.
