- Create, manage, and grow your own client portfolio, acting as an entrepreneur within ACT.

- Work with full support from colleagues to foster meaningful client relationships and drive revenue.
- Contribute to and uphold ACT's team spirit, adding value as part of a collective effort.
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes
- Native in Italian and English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex sales processes.
- Established network and proven experience within the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant products and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accountable, responsible, and eager to learn quickly.
- Strong drive to close deals and create impactful results for both ACT and its clients.
