As an intern (f/m/d), you will support the Transformation Office Team in various tasks that teach you project management skills and introduce you to specific aspects of the industry. You may be asked to work as part of a specialized team, such as a PMO. Your responsibilities:
- Work on the project, which manages the implementation of a Core Banking System in our newly founded entity for Funds Services.
- Help preparing the organisation for the services offered and assist the Program- and Project Managers in:
- the preparation and execution of meetings/workshops with different stakeholders (e.g., Steering Committee, project status meetings)
- the updating for the deliverables and resource planning
- the preparation of the bi-weekly project status report in Clarity
- the monthly risk reporting
- the management of the project email inboxes
- Support the portfolio managers in their tasks to govern and monitor the portfolio clusters.
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesters
(Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields) or you already hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree that is not older than 6 months. - Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the consulting or IT area.
- You are interested in project work in the Financial Services and Capital Markets area
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High quality-orientation
- You have very good knowledge in MS Office (incl. MS Project), Sharepoint and Clarity
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, German and French is an advantage
