In this role you monitor, together with the Plant Controller, the financial key performance indicators of the plant, according to the Group accounting rules, USGAAP and local statutory requirements, having the following responsibilities:

  • participating in monthly reporting for P&L , Balance Sheet, KPI and other monthly reports.
  • financial analyses, understand and be able to perform calculations regarding stock change and its impact to income
  • Balance Sheet account reconciliations
  • manufacturing accounting, controlling work orders, spoilage reconciliation, calculation and analysis of line and labour efficiency together with preparing the comments of production performance for other managers,
  • production items standing data controlling, BOMs and routings
  • standard price calculations
  • reconciliation of capex spending, managing the Fixed Assets books
  • preparing and analysing budget and rolling forecasts and ensure reporting is delivered on time in full
  • monitoring of implementation of plans according to budget and forecast together with controlling and explanation variances, preparing source of changes comments, with calculation of price, volume and other effects
  • ensure purchase transactions are perform according to internal procedures
  • reconciliation and clearing any variances in value and quantity between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
  • maintain SOX control reporting and testing together with preparing the relevant documentation.

You have a degree in Business Finance Control/Accounting with minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You possess a strong knowledge and understanding of costs and variances of manufacturing accounting. Well organized, good planning, methodological and attention to details skills are key competencies with open minded, problem solving attitude and good communication skills as enthusiastic team player. You are able to work in a high-pressure environment to tight timescales. Deadlines are not a problem for you and you are a positive and enthusiastic team player. You have an advanced Excel (VBA will be an advantage).
