Mission :


Manage the supply process for a group of local customers taking into account their delivery needs, defining the related supply plan with the industrial sites, and organizing the delivery in-line with the agreed service level at the best cost.

Principal Activities

Supply Planning

  • Define the supply plan from each factory, taking into account the supply chain parameters: stock target, production capacity and supply chain lead times
  • Procurement and planning for international Supplies
  • React and adjust planning based on customer expectation or requirements
  • Proactively escalate any risk or potential delay on the plan.
  • Identify constraints and deviations versus the standard production capacity and materials supply lead-time.


  • Plan shipments based on product availability in relation with our China office
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
  • Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
  • Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
  • Optimize or improve in order to enhance reliability our current process and KPI


  • Support the project manager for “TMS” implementation which might help the product line to drive both the overseas logistics flow and logistics’ expenses
  • Implement and deploy Supply Chain KPI’s


  • Student following a Bachelors or Masters in International Commerce/Supply Chain Management/Logistics Management.
  • Understanding of distribution systems -constraints and organization
  • Experience production planning / transportation / customs
  • Knowledge of Incoterms would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and in French ( Essential)
  • Easy with Microsoft Office 365, Pack office tools and SAP
