About the InternshipAre you ready to kickstart your career at one of the world's most innovative tech companies? As a Sales & Onboarding Intern at Uber Eats, you'll dive into a fast-paced environment where learning, impact, and ownership come together.
From day one, youâll work alongside experienced sales professionals, receive hands-on training, and contribute directly to growing Uber Eats' restaurant network in Belgium. Youâll start with inbound sales working with restaurants that are already interested in the platform and gradually take on outbound prospecting and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities:- Merchant Onboarding Support: Help new restaurants get set up for successâfrom uploading menus to activating profiles.
- Training & Activation: Deliver product training and performance insights to help merchants make the most of Uber Eats.
- Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for new partners, solving issues and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
- Process Improvement: Gather feedback and contribute ideas to improve internal onboarding processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to drive partner success.
- Impactful Work: Youâll be doing real work that directly contributes to Uberâs growth and success.

- Enrolled in a Bachelorâs or Masterâs program (internship must be part of your studies).
- Able to work full-time for 6 months starting 6th October 2025.
- Holds work authorization in Belgium (no visa sponsorship available).
- Language: Native Dutch and fluent English; French is a plus.
- Expected graduation no later than Summer 2026.
- Previous sales or customer service experience (through work, internships, or student projects).
- Participation in business case competitions, student clubs, or entrepreneurial activities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset: you're proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
