This is what you'll do:
  • You will support our customer service team by training and supporting the customer support staff
  • You will make independent decisions that are within your field of work
  • You will work closely with other departments and define process improvements to ensure smooth customer service
  • You will process all types of customer queries and create reports
  • You will support our Customer Success Team in strategic aspects and organizational processes
  • You will work hand in hand with colleagues in the areas of payment, complaints and logistics
  • You will support quality activities and coaching aspects of the customer service function

This is what you'll bring to us:
  • You are fluent in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage, but not required
  • You inspire excellent customer satisfaction
  • At best, you have gained your first practical work experience in the area of customer service
  • Working with MS-Office is not unknown to you
  • You are an open-minded team player
  • You have analytical skills and learn quickly
  • You like to take responsibility and can work independently
