Mission :

The SEFPRO activity is looking for a VIE with two main focus :

- Be a support to build the MES roadmap for Beijing plant in coordination with the Industrial Direction and INDEC (the Saint-Gobain India IT Team), 

- Bring technical support on maintenance by establishing a benchmark between European plants (Italy and France) and China plant, contribute to upgrade the maintenance system by acting as a liaison between the plants and Industrial Direction. 

Your day-to-day tasks will be :

- Follow-up the MES program in collaboration with the IT Team, 

- Bring support to build the MES roadmap for the plant in coordination with industrial direction, 

- Communicate and present results during technical review, technical reports to be issued, 

- Perform technical audit (in Le Pontet and SEPR Italia : 2 months training) of the maintenance system to establish sites practices and tools and to compare and share/establish best practices and best tools for maintenance, 

- Bring support in plant on curative maintenance actions (mainly by detailes analysis like 5-why)

- Bring technical support and contribute to developp preventive maintenance 

Profil recherché :

For this role, we are looking for an engineer with an electro/mechanical engineering degree.

Due to the elegibility criteria for the chinese visa, at least two years of experiences after your diploma are mandatory for this position, preferably in production and maintenance. 

The position we are offering will require someone autonomous with a hands'on approach to understand the processes, and propose upgrades as well as a team-player as you will have to collaborate with several IT and Production Teams in China, Italia and France.
