As a Licensing Manager  you will be responsible for the license provisioning for our global customers. You will closely work with the Go-To-Market, Product and Finance organization to ensure business requirements of high quality. As part of the Finance Operations team you will  steer and optimize the current licensing process to live up to Celonis' growth ambition

Responsibilities

  • Manage Celonis' global licensing activities by ensuring a timely provisioning of new licenses and maintaining existing licenses based on customer contracts
  • Key point of contact for licensees, partners and internal stakeholders for all provisioning related questions
  • Continuous review of existing processes to identify improvements and automation possibilities; develop a scalable license management for a hyper growth company 
  • Coordinate with the product team to maintain knowledge of all licensing changes
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliant and state-of-the art license processes 
  • Establish a comprehensive license reporting and controlling that serves as decision basis for Management 


Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in a relevant field  e.g. Business Administration
  • Relevant working experience in Licensing, Cloud/SaaS Business, Sales Operations, Finance or comparable fields.
  • Deep understanding of licensing and subscription models 
  • Work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships
  • Detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly, while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
