Job Title: Operational Intelligence Intern
SBM Offshore operates and maintain a fleet of FPSO's worldwide. Each of these FPSOs are supported by an onshore organization in the country of operations. SBM Offshore has set-up a Graduate Program, in order to recruit and develop young talents with the objective that they become the future engineers and managers supporting the operations of the company’s fleet.
This internship of 6 months is the 1st step of a 2 year’s Graduate Program. Upon satisfactory completion of this final year internship, the candidate can be proposed a permanent international work contract to continue the Graduate Program in different SBM locations worldwide (3 assignments of 6months each in operations offices, shipyards, etc.…). On completion of the Graduate Program, the successful candidate will then be working in one of the various SBM locations worldwide, supporting the operations of FPSOs or of other floating facilities SBM aim at operating in future.

Support digital product deployment
Contribute to the development of the digital surveillance (OIPOC) management system and work flows
Support the assigned Hub Lead in the framing of new initiatives (workshops organization and facilitation…)
Support the assigned Hub Lead in assessing and monitoring the performance and value creation initiatives in place
Support The assigned Hub in workshops organization and facilitations
Participate to the user acceptance tests of new products
Support the Development of operational intelligence by facilitating fleet wide optimizations and development / deployment of advanced analytics / predictive models
Contribute to the Smart Operations vision and roadmaps for operational intelligence and integrated operations and ensure it is understood locally and deployed successfully - identify and promote business opportunities for improving predictive and performance based solutions
Ensure applications feedback and lessons learned are fed back
Support the performance optimizations strategic approach
Liaise with technical discipline leads and authorities
Feedback to technology group and GTS on remote operations
Ongoing University degree or Technical College diploma in Engineering (Naval architecture. Mechanical engineering, Chemical and process engineering…)
