The Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant will work among the Security and Performance team, belonging to the Digital Workplace Services entity within the Global Infrastructure department at CHANEL.

The Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant will work among the Security and Performance team, belonging to the Digital Workplace Services entity within the Global Infrastructure department at CHANEL.
The Security and Performance Services has the responsibility to offer and help other Digital Workplace service line to:
- participate to the design of new security features and solutions linked to the new security and compliance stakes like data governance, GenAI solutions, etc.
- pollow and drive the continuous improvement strategy regarding the security standards of the Digital Workplace IT landscape (workstations, mobiles, collaboration and individual productivity solutions, etc.)
- follow the secured integration of new services (SaaS, on-premises)
- participate to the remediation projects

- Follow clean-up process
Participate to an ongoing project to promote the usage of some security solution dedicated to the end-users like:
- Digital vault for password management
- File transfer solution
Support the different teams from IT and/or business to strengthen the Digital Workplace security components:
- Participate to the regular meetings with our Security and Digital Workplace colleagues in Regions
- Build action plans and prioritize the actions
- Follow the tasks and propose the appropriate reporting
The Digital Workplace Security and Performance assistant will work closely with:
- IT projects manager from regions and CHANEL's divisions in an international context
- IT partners and solutions providers
- Business teams
- Cybersecurity team
- Colleagues from Global Infrastructure Services team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Education: Computing Engineering School / Business School
- Languages: English fluent required
- Strong interest to security solution and digital workplace tools
- Agility skills
- Good team spirit, curiosity, open-mindedness, rigor
