Job Summary

 

Embark on a dynamic internship at Tetra Pak in Arganda del Rey in Spain, contributing to the implementation and maintenance of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology, with a focus on Safety and Health and Environment. 

What you will do

 

  • Participate in audits, strategic meetings, loss analysis, and courses. 
  • Manage technical documentation and create procedures.
  • Analyze safety legal requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Understand WCM methodologies, mission definition, and strategies.
  • Participate in accident and incident analysis and support risk assessment.
  • Evaluate safety data sheets and review packaging/chemical labeling.
  • Contribute to pillar meetings, Kaizen groups, and safety procedure execution.
  • Support awareness campaigns and emergency drills.
  • Monitor safety tours, PODAR, and implement corrective measures.
  • Gain knowledge in ISO 45000 and ISO 14000 Management Systems.
  • Handle specific security module programs.
  • Learn risk assessment recording and use the ASAL program for legal requirements management.

We believe you have

 

  • Actively enrolled in Industrial Engineering or in similar fields at a Spanish university
  • High fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in technical documentation management and safety compliance.
  • Familiarity with WCM, ISO 45000, and ISO 14000 Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
