Terumo EMEA's Corporate Communications team manages internal and external communications, supporting the mission, vision and values of Terumo. The team plans, develops and manages creative communication programs with direct impact to employee engagement and business outcomes.

Job Summary


The Corporate Communications Officer implements internal communication campaigns, tools and events to support the mission, vision and values of Terumo EMEA. The function manages and monitors Terumo EMEA digital communication tools and assures Terumo corporate branding.  


Job Responsibilities


As our Corporate Communications Officer you’ll devise, design, implement and monitor the internal corporate communications program and campaigns.

You’ll keep an eye on the correct and consistent use of Terumo branding in the different departments.

You’ll coordinate different communication projects and platforms at the same time. 


Additionally, you’ll proactively gather, develop and publish relevant content to ensure that internal communications has a high impact in terms of keeping associates regularly informed, engaged and inspired.

You’ll be responsible for developing both editorial and visual content, and ensure constant updates.

You’ll need to keep the Terumo corporate communication platforms and tools up to date and relevant. 

Last but not least, you’ll identify communication trends and technologies and look for improvements where needed.

For this role, we’re open to welcome Young Graduates. So, are you graduating this year or you have 1 or 2 years of experience within the communications domain? Don’t hesitate to apply if you match the further requirements we have. 

You have a bachelor or master’s degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing. 

You’re a hands-on communication talent with a creative and analytical mindset. 

You’re a self-starter, who shows initiative to make sure to come to the best result. 

You like to have ownership and take responsibility

You’re structured, goal-oriented and pragmatic

Since you’ll be in contact with multiple stakeholders, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

You have an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch

Furthermore, you have strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

You can thrive in team environments, with a strong understanding of diversity and other cultures. 

You have good digital communication skills, and you love to bring on the latest trends and new technologies. 

You’re experienced in working with the Microsoft Office Tools, InDesign and video packages
