Your mission, if you accept it:   

Our Training & Event Organisation department is made of 18 people managing the administration and organization of a wide range of events (training in Luxembourg and EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa), as well as client events). As our future Training Coordinator, you will mainly work for the Training Organisation unit. We are looking for you to support administrative & logistics aspects for learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual and hybrid training. 

Because you are a good communicator, you will deal with internal and international PwC employees: You will be the link between the Learning & Development teams to set-up training plans by Line of Service and the learners. 

 

Be a part of our team where you will:  


  • Plan & set training sessions on a daily basis including room reservation, trainers planification 
  • Monitor participants management to trainings from invitation to registration follow-up and attendance tracking; 
  • Ensure preparation of all the materials and room/virtual link ready to welcome participants on a daily basis 
  • Daily update the Learning Management System (LMS) and be responsible for quality control of data; 
  • Deal with internal and international clients: Handle logistics aspects for training activities including venue search and equipment, contracting and off-site management,...; 
  • Financial follow up of all incoming invoices and preparation of territories recharging data. 

 

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have 


  • You hold a Degree with a relevant specialization (management, business administration, etc.); 
  • You have a good knowledge of IT tools for learning such as Microsoft, Webex training, Qualtrix,  
  • You combine excellent organizational skills with logical thinking; 
  • You work autonomously and are able to multi-task even under pressure; 
  • You are proactive and closely manage deadlines.
