What you'll do
    • You support our Spanish-speaking customer service team by training and support of 1st level support staff
    • Responsible for establishing of first-class Customer Service for the Mexican Market
    • You will work across functions with other departments and define process improvements to ensure that customer service runs smoothly
    • Creating reports and controlling KPIs of Customer Service
    • You will make independent decisions that are within your field of work

Who we're looking for
    • You speak fluent Spanish and have a good knowledge of English. German is not required.
    • Passionate to provide our Customers the best Experience before and after sales to convert them in our ambassadors.
    • At best, you have gained your first practical work experience in the customer service area
    • You are an open-minded team player
    • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
    • You like to take responsibility and can work independently
