This is what you'll do:
    • You will be responsible for the weekly/monthly reporting of the customer feedback received through multiple touchpoints (NPS, CSAT, Delivery satisfaction, Trustpilot, ...)
    • You will responsible for weekly/monthly reporting of our retail operations figures (returns, refunds, ...)
    • You will own the different points of feedback and be responsible for the optimization of those different channels.
    • You will share your results with the team, and help each sub-team improve based on your research by developing clear, actionable insights.
    • You will be responsible for ad-hoc reporting to improve Emma's customer experience, i.e. when launching a new product or platform.
    • You will make independent decisions that are within your field of work

What we are looking for:
    • University Degree in Business Administration or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area
    • You are customer oriented, have strong communication skills and a good Stakeholder Management
    • Strong analytical mindset, good knowledge of Excel and data analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights.
    • You are conceptually strong and have a can do-mentality
    • You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented
    • You are empathetic, meticulous, and willing to push the 'extra-mile' to put a smile on our customers' face
    • You like to take responsibility and can work independently
    • You are a communicative team player and have very good German and English skills
