Our Supply Chain Analyst strives to balance customer and consumer satisfaction, capacity, cost and sustainability by building insights in/with data and processes.
Analysts act as the voice of their department in x-functional projects, communicating with various stakeholders and translating complex information into business insights.

WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?


We are looking for Supply Chain Analysts who want to be part of Nike, in one of the following teams : Marketplace Distribution Planning, Distribution Development.

1.    Marketplace Distribution Planning (MDP)

MDP analyst Run and Improve :
Monitor, analyze and improve MDP End-To-End planning processes to ensure optimal flow of goods. Using analytical and coordination skills, bring insights to data and processes. We strive for reliable customer satisfaction with correct balance between capacity, cost, and sustainability.
As our Analyst you have a continuous improvement mindset, coordinate initiatives and lead change by presenting and communicating effectively.

2.    DISTRIBUTION DEVELOPMENT

Distribution development analyst :
We are growing and scaling our omnichannel distribution capabilities to support our ‘Digital First Supply Chain at Scale’ strategy and will do this in an agile and lean way, with a focus on Distribution or Planning.
As a distribution development analyst with focus on Distribution you will mainly contribute to the system and/or MHE (Material Handling Equipment) implementations supporting the end-to-end warehouse design to ensure a smooth product flow. Some examples are the usage of picking robots, the implementation of new processing areas, building of automated storage cranes.
 As distribution development analyst with focus on Planning you will play a key role in transforming our warehouse planning processes to ensure we flow product through our warehouses in line with the fast-changing consumer expectations. Our goal is to have an end-to-end reliable supply chain delivering on the customer promise in an omni-channel environment by balancing service, convenience, sustainability, and cost.
Together with the team you work on a plan with clear timelines, results, and take ownership while supporting X-functional alignment and progress.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?


You collaborate with different partners within our ELC campus, European and Global Headquarters and external logistics partners. The Supply Chain Analyst works closely together with other Supply Chain functions at all levels from specialists to directors in various departments (such as Distribution, Transportation Network Operations, Marketplace Operations) You help ensure a smooth X-functional cooperation.

-    A first experience in a relevant position within Logistics or Supply Chain. More experience is an asset.
