This is what you will do:
    • You will be responsible for our weekly Newsletter to our contact centers to inform about any changes, updates and KPIs
    • You will work with our customer excellence managers to improve collaboration with and performance of our contact centers
    • You will drive initiatives that improve our customer journey
    • You will drive knowledge sharing across teams in order to improve our customer satisfaction
    • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth running of customer service operations
    • Work in an international environment.

This is what you'll bring us:
    • Ideally, you are fluent in English and German. Dutch is a plus.
    • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. Previous experience in Customer Service will be a plus.
    • You are empathetic, meticulous, and willing to push the 'extra-mile' to put a smile on our customers' face
    • You like to take responsibility and can work independently
