We are now accepting applications for our 2-year Commercial Graduate Programme beginning in November. Our programme has been designed to offer exposure throughout the 2-year programme to a breadth and level of understanding across marketing, category and shopper. We can guarantee that every day will be different and exciting - working across the sales function with our biggest customers both 'in home' - restaurants/petrol stations/pubs and clubs and 'out of home' with some of the UK's biggest retailers and grocery stores. You will manage relationships on a day-to-day basis and whilst this is a graduate programme you will gain great exposure to every area of the sales function whilst being supported and encouraged to learn. This role is all about supporting our sales team and this might be on account management and reporting, financial modelling or even creating content and brand activations for new and exciting product launches.

Our Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to immerse you in all elements of commercial account management, working cross functionally and giving you the opportunity to develop and perfect your learning and skillset over time.

Whilst we would prefer you have some experience of a fast-paced consumer goods company above all you will need to have a passion and hunger to achieve, able to demonstrate that you have amazing interpersonal skills and be a team player with a desire to learn, whilst also being comfortable dealing with numbers.

Your role supports the Customer Development Managers in building and managing their business plans internally and externally, therefore strong commercial awareness and an eye for detail is key.

Whether you're recently graduated or are already working in FMCG sales, to be a successful Commercial Graduate we're looking for people who are well organized and will thrive within a team environment.

Ideally you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
  • A desire to succeed and ultimately win!

If your application is successful, following a telephone interview - you will be invited to attend an assessment centre day in Hemel Hempstead where you will be required to present. This will also provide you with the opportunity to meet some of the individuals already doing the role and ask any questions you may have.
