Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fluent English
  • Practical experience using MS Excel - minimally basic functions, pivot tables etc
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically dealing with staff at all levels and other parts of the company
  • Excellent administration skills with an eye for detail and self-motivated
  • Proved ability to show resiliency and be able to prioritize key activities within the business while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Professional approach to planning work, managing priorities and using own initiatives to overcome issues

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Service coordinator
  • Plan, raise, handle, and provide support for compliance changes impacting the customer.
  • Act as the central point to handle and oversee resolution of forthcoming issues.
  • Co-ordinate change implementation and make sure process with all approvals is in place.
  • Providing administrative support to audit teams.
  • Responsible for auditable evidence by working closely with other support teams, users and vendors.
  • Co-ordinate with significant support teams to ensure security of identified environment.
  • Conduct regular process and tools training to the Customer partners and new staff as required.
  • Perform regular review of process documentation. Seek approvals of various parties for updates. Participate in enhancement of change, patch and issues processes.
  • Handle day-to-day service issues and raise to Problem Resolver Groups to ensure timely resolution of problems.

This position currently sits within Global Technology Services (GTS) Infrastructure Services (IS) or a shared services function supporting GTS.
