The business Performance Mineral EMEA at IMERYS as a customer centric organization permanently improves the customer experience in order to develop customers satisfaction.

Therefore, we are looking for an apprentice to support the customer services and logistics service in SAP roll-out  journey. The apprentice will closely work with the Customer Service Managers, Logistics Managers and  as well as the IT team in order to guaranty the continuity of service during SAP roll-out. 


The apprentice will be involved in various & cross functional assignments involving Supply Chain, IT & Operations teams ; such as: 

Business support for the Customer Service Manager: 

  • Thanks to his/her knowledge of the Customer services and Logistics organization and the training that will be provided to the apprentice, he/she will be able to: 

  • Support the production of Customer Service KPIs and report on performance along with necessary action plan

  • Apply the standard quality procedures

  • Be proactive in the continuous improvement of processes and is proactive in proposing solutions for identified pain points (to external & internal customers)

  • Support the accuracy of data in our tools

Business support for SAP roll-out :

  • Thanks to his/her knowledge of the Customer services and Logistics organization and the training that will be provided to the apprentice on SAP (Order to Cash more specifically), the apprentice will be able to 

  • Support the customer service teams and logistics teams in managing the new ERP

  • Train the employees on SAP utilization

  • Contribute directly in managing events that could impact the delivery to customers

  • Provide tools / reports / dashboards to help the teams managing the transitory period from the former ERP to the new one (SAP)


  • Education:  Preparation of a Business Master (Bac+5) in a university or Grandes écoles (apprentice)

  • Willing to develop his/her knowledge in managing and improving SAP roll-out on the customer service and logistics side..

  • Continuous Improvement mindset well developed


  • Languages: full professional proficiency in English and French. A third language is a plus

  • Autonomous and self starter

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • IT appetence

  • The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with G Suite (Sheets, Slides, datastudio, etc..) as well with SAP and / or Salesforce is a plus

  • Driving license
