The IT Account Manager will report to the Contract Management activity Manager. (Contract Management Department)

VWT IS&T has been transforming its organization due to Cloudification and Digitalization.
IS&T deals with larger Partners and new cloud based activity. It needs to reinforce its contract management skills, processes and organization.

Essential functions & responsibilities
The IT Account Manager will cover the following activities and duties:
  • Support operational follow up on scope of services delivered by VWT provider(s)
  • Support contractual follow-up of service contract(s)
  • Support contract creation, execution, closing and renewal, with the purpose of maximizing VWT operational and financial performance
  • Support in managing and escalate risk
  • Coordinate with team members on action plans

1. Operational Management:

Follow up operational activities covered by service contract(s) and Support internal coordination within VWT:

  • Support project comitology (project, steering and strategic committees)
  • Manage coordination between contract governance stakeholders (service provider(s), VWT)
  • Make sure action plans are respected by service provider(s) and VWT stakeholders
  • Support Incident & Change management review

2. Contract management:
Support contractual follow-up of service contract(s):
  • Control delivered service is conform to SLAs (Service level agreements)
  • Manage scope variation as conform to contract(s) engagements
  • Contributes actively to IS&T tendering activity (RFPs) and contract negotiation to leverage on experience and industrialize processes
  • Develops and implements procedures for IT Contract Management in compliance with VWT policy.

3. Financial Management:
Manage financial control and follow-up of service as conform to contract(s) engagements:
  • Control invoices are conformed to delivered service and budget
  • Support monthly review of SLAs (Service level agreements)
  • Calculate and apply financial penalties when service levels are breached

4. Reporting:
Escalate risks to management and provide input for decision:
  • Support regular reporting on risk and mitigation actions
  • Provide input for management decisions

Provide regular synthesis for management

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Skilled on Service Contract management
  • Skilled on market standard ITIL processes
  • Skilled on Cloud Infrastructure management services
  • Skilled procurement and legal topics applied to IT service
  • English Fluent (written, oral)
