Part of the Global Business Development team @Pernod Ricard HQ, the Global Innovation Team provides the framework to accelerate Innovation value growth & transformation for Pernod Ricard.
The Global Innovation team is here to ensure the present and future success of Pernod Ricard’s new products and offers, foster new innovation ways of working, and promote collective intelligence.
As a full member of this team, you will contribute to Pernod Ricard’s global innovation journey and success.
Reporting to the Global Innovation Project Manager, you contribute to the Group’s business impact through innovation. The scope of action is worldwide. You will support the Global Innovation teams in their role as Innovation accelerator for the Group. You will work in close collaboration with the Pernod Ricard Headquarters Teams (Digital, Communication, Finance...) and with our affiliates (innovation Hubs, Brands, Markets). You will deep dive into all the aspects of an innovation development at Pernod Ricard, identify pain points, imagine solutions, and turn your observations into actionable levers to improve our innovations’ success.
Digital Project Management
Support the Global Innovation Team in continuously optimizing the Innovation Platform (internal online platform for managing & monitoring all innovation projects), running interviews sessions with users, identifying the needed features, supporting change management and adoption of the platform
Support / coach the innovators across the Group in managing their projects on the platform
Use the platform as an entry point to educate on our global methodology and innovation language / mindset
Identify best practices and contribute to future developments of the platform
Contribute to change management roadmap and implementation to ensure user adoption of the platform
Communications and network animation
Contribute to internal/external communications on innovation to provide valuable innovation insights (figures, inspiring content, project highlights, best practices…)
Support the team in growing and animating the innovation community (150 project managers, 850+ innovation enthusiasts) by creating and sharing engaging content on innovation in our industry, ways of working, best practices through newsletters, articles, intranet communications…
Innovation Transformation and Upskilling
Support the Global Innovation Team in leading the Group Innovation Transformation
Contribute to internal events design & management by curating innovation internal / external content
Support upskilling of the teams by coordinating and synchronizing content and suppliers, capturing learnings and feedbacks, providing insights on upskilling roadmap evolution
Fluent in English (spoken & written), French is a plus
Planning and organization – structured planning, organizes time effectively
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are always at a very high standard
Analytical skills to deal with data
Innovation culture awareness
Business oriented, strong interest for the spirits industry and innovation
Committed to the job; finds solutions; positive and motivated; Good at “getting things done”
Interpersonal skills – dealing with individuals with different backgrounds and culture
Communication: excellent written, verbal skills and ability to create content.
Innovation aptitude: knowledge of lean/agile methodology and design thinking is a plus!
Flexibility and strong adaptation skills: you feel comfortable with uncertainty and challenges that come with innovation
A sense of curiosity, a thirst to learn and open to explore new areas
Mastery of content creation design / creation tools is a plus (e.g. Canva, InDesign…)
