The Sales & Client Management department is charge of building, maintaining and fructifying Azqore’s business. It is constituted by a team that is the main interface with both current clients and potential prospects.

It is thus at the front line to make Azqore reach its ambitious growth target, by putting the clients at the center of its activity, being attentive to their needs, bringing them value, increasing their satisfaction and building intimacy.

As part of Sales & Client Management department, the VIE Relationship Manager is in charge of:

  • Assisting a pool of RMs in charge of a large account (around 100 MCHF yearly revenues),
  • Following up the ontime and onbudget delivery of Clients’s projects with the Customer Engagement Manager
  • Ensuring a smooth invoicing process with Azqore’s Billing team
  • Preparing supporting material for Clients meetings (CxO levels)

The VIE Relationship Manager evolves within the Sales & Client Management department and is dedicated to Indosuez Wealth management clients (Crédit Agricole group).


  • Assist RM in sales activities
  • Ensure Clients IT and BPO needs are properly fulfilled


Business development

Collect client needs

Contribute to commercial proposals

Client relationship follow-up

Follow-up requests and project deliveries

Organize quarterly Operationnal meetings and CxO meetings (including minutes and follow-up actions plans)

Administrative follow-up

Ensure updating of Azqore CRM tools (knowledge base, KYC)

Follow-up on contracts

Monitor bills payment

Developing Business Acumen on Client

Understands client’s organization and decision processes

Collects client's needs and Aligns Azqore's solutions to these needs

Involves appropriate Azqore entities to propose relevant solutions to the client


Offer Positioning

 Has a good understanding of Azqore's offering (IT services and BPO services)

Account Planning

Updates the annual account plan

Understands and identifies business targets and challenges of the client


Political Agility

Ensure Azqore internal resources are fully committed to serve Client’s needs


Analyzing Account KPIs

Leverages CRM system to understand sales progress in the account

Ensures documentation is up-to-date to facilitate analysis and re-use where appropriate

Recommends action plan based on account number analysis to account leadership

Tracks KPIs for various stages and from different sources

Proposes corrective actions if KPIs do not meet objectives
